Do It Right Plumbers of Orange County, California is seeking a full-time Lead Customer Service Representative to communicate with all field personnel to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency. Do you have previous experience as a Dispatcher? Are you computer savvy and excellent at multitasking? We are offering a starting wage of $14/hr for this position with an opportunity for a $2.00 raise after 90 days. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD Customer Service Representative

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will have the responsibilities of receiving incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You will match the best technicians with customer calls. You schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You ensure that clients are notified ahead of time if the field technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments according to the client's convenience. You ensure that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Goal-oriented
    • Dispatcher experience is a plus!
    • Strategic thinker
    • Strong customer service experience
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to type 35-45 WPM
    • Ability to pass a background and drug test
